| In 2007, Freesia, was shown only a few times and gained her championship with multiple BOVs and Group placements from the classes. She finished her American Championship handled by Tim Braizer at the PCA National Specialty and was WB under poodle authority Maxine Beam. She finished the year in Canada with Shawn Nichols completing her Canadian championship with Group placings. In 2008, Shawn & Freesia, hit their stride early on and lead the Canadian Non-sporting Group rankings from wire-to-wire in limited outings. Finishing off the year with 11 Best In Shows. She finished 2008 making Canadian history as the #1 Non-Sporting Dog & #10 All Breed. It was 40 years since a miniature poodle held these honors. On one of her only American appearances, she won an AOM at Westminster Kennel Club. |
